My kids wished for quieter nights, away from the loud function room. A better soundproofing solution would really help families.

Noise levels on the ground floor were quite disruptive, especially being near the lobby entrance, making it hard to get a solid night's sleep. Lastly, the dining experience fell short with delays in service and issues with food and drinks.
