The Standard Queen room was comfy, with a lovely bed that made for a good night's sleep. The hot water was great, and I appreciated the early check-in. A bit dated, but overall clean and functional.

Exceptional staff and spacious family room
During our stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. The family room was surprisingly spacious, accommodating us without any cramping, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast spread was varied, offering something for everyone, though there were a few items that could have been better prepared. the experience was positive, but it would be great to have more options for dining in the evening, as the restaurant menu felt limited.

The staff were so friendly and delivered a helpful service. My room was clean and tidy, complete with snacks and a lovely little treat for the kids! Plus, those showers were like a refreshing waterfall!
But honestly, parking was so tight I'm surprised I didn't need a gymnastics qualification! And let's just say the chocolates on the bed weren't the only things that sweetened my experience— the prices were a little too rich!

Proximity to Paultons Park, Cleanliness and hygiene, Availability of rooms equipped with kitchenettes
Rooms come across as outdated, needing refurbishment!!! The restaurant has a frustratingly slow service pace, and the parking fees feel unreasonable for such an accessible area!!!

We had a fantastic time in the good-sized family room, and the kids loved swimming in the clean pool while we relaxed. The casual dining in the bar was a pleasant surprise, with the kids eating free and a delicious breakfast spread the next morning.
My kids wished for quieter nights, away from the loud function room. A better soundproofing solution would really help families.

Breakfast was a standout, featuring first-class options and friendly service, particularly from the helpful staff at the restaurant. issues arose with the staff dynamics during breakfast, where one employee's rude behavior overshadowed the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, but the encounter with the staff left a negative impression on the overall experience.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating especially when they helped us with our extra requests. The breakfast was just fantastic with a large spread that made the kids happy.
It was a bit pricey but worth it for the experience.

Staying here was quite enjoyable due to the convenient location and the staff's commitment to helping us, especially with our accessibility needs. The room provided was a Standard Queen Room Disability Access, which met our requirements well. the worn-out carpet was a bit disappointing and made the overall experience feel less pristine. The breakfast had a nice variety, and the kids loved it, which certainly enhanced our family experience.

Would definitely recommend for a city break
Clean room, friendly staff, with essentials like a flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family.
The hotel facilities show some wear and tear, which might not be obvious at first glance.

The outside spaces offer plenty of room for running around, making it a decent spot for family time. The accessible room was spacious enough, providing necessary amenities like a tea tray and a good seating layout.
The facilities are showing their age, with outdated decor throughout, particularly evident in the bathrooms where the shower curtains could use a serious upgrade to prevent water flooding. Accessibility features in the bathroom, while present, may not cater well to everyone. the shower head hose was too short for easy use, making it a hassle. Noise levels on the ground floor were quite disruptive, especially being near the lobby entrance, making it hard to get a solid night's sleep. Lastly, the dining experience fell short with delays in service and issues with food and drinks.
